At morning time if I sleep on my stomach and rub my penis genitally(this is how I used to masturbate) then sperms come out within 10S, but I last around 10-15-20 min when I masturbate in my bathroom, ( I am able to manage) but very weak erection. 5. My erection smells bad and the successive urinates which are after an erection. 6. I am 24 now and would get married after one year. Really have no idea how would I perform then and what sort of treatment should I go for. Never had sex with any partner. Please help me out.

Get your daily calcium by popping a tab, chugging milk or eating yoghurt. It’ll keep your bones strong. Remember that your bone density declines after the age of 30. You need at least 200 milligrams daily, which you should combine with magnesium, or it simply won’t be absorbed.
