My penis when erect it goes to right bend and it's very shrink and small with less diameter.over all 4.5 after erection and 2.5 diameter.is it normal?

It is possible you have got what is called peyronies disease. If it is in initial stages tablets may be given but if bending is sever might need surgery. Please visit an urologist to assess it.
Girth of penis varies between individuals. So no specific recommendation can be made in your case without full examination.
