Below eyelid swollen
In the morning I felt below my eyelids corner itching and pain.
Once I saw it in the mirror I found a muscles swollen in the both eyes below eyelid.

That swollen thing is not troubling you
Itching and pain could be due to dryness
Try
A. Cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop
C. Apply azithral ointment locally along lid margins
Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist

Doesnt look like there is anythng serious...just do a little bit of ice fomentation...
