Because my ankle is fractured six months ago. I'm unable to go for walking. I have put on weight. Especially my butt and belly size has increased. What to do to reduce my the size of my belly and butt

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Hi so the biggest reason for belly fat is erratic meal timings , and as you said because of your ankle I guess no exceecise would hav also contributed so you should look for a healthy diet which is not so high on carbs but a balanced one . For further query do contact
