I work in a bpo & dat too in night shifts. My belly is bulging out. I do not get time to do exercise as well. I m a slim guy with a belly which looks very odd. Pls suggest how I reduce my belly. Will hot water with honey help? Or any medication is reqd.

Hi thanks for your query. Take lemon water on morning by empty stomach .after one hour tea all. take sour CURD every day 70gm. Take fibre based foods like gourd family vegetables, fruits except banana.no wine ,smoking. .Mild exercises, yoga,must..dynamic life styles as possible. No mutton or fried rice or biriyani same foods.
