I feel like I am depressed. I eat a lot. So much that I have managed to gain more than 25kgs in 3years. Have also tried losing the weight- diet, gyming etc. Haven't worked much and I go back to binge eating. It started arund 6 years ago but has gotten worse in the past few years. I eat whnever I am sad. Major mood swings. Happy one time, upset and furious others. Get really upset on stupid things all the time. Can't seem to shake off the feeling that something bad is going to happen to me. I don't wana kill myself but sometimes I feel how simple and great it would be to just sleep and not wake up. Anxiety has always been a bit problem for me but has gotten worse in the last few years. Low self confidence, stomach problems, back aches (so severe that it took me 10mins to stand up n 30mins to get down the stairs), I have every problem you can name. Headache, big issue. Severe sometimes, so mch so that i can't move. Sometimes slight sharp blinding pain for a few seconds. Help please.

One thing for easily giving up on our plans is we have an urge to achieve things as quickly as possible. Habits are hard to overcome so first we have to acknowledge that our habits are powerful than our will power at least at this point of time. Once you could accept that position you will actually feel like more in control. We have a tendency to calculate our current ability by looking back at our ability some years ago.( Many people used to say I was able to do this and that when I was 5 /10 yrs younger). But most of them fail to see that their situation is also changing. They are no more in the same situation as they were before 5/10 yrs. To get back to form we have start from small steps and build up to our capable levels no matter how much you were an expert before.(though it varies from person to person). Getting help from a psychologist can  help you to point out your strengths and weaknesses. It can also help you manage your mood swings and address the predisposing factors for your low mood.
Next Steps
If you want to lose weight give a realistic time period say 6 months minimum to reduce minimum weight. Do not enroll in to a program that is too good to be true (like 10kgs in a month). Take a long term goal like what you would like to achieve in 1yr and divide that  in to subgoals for 1 or 2 months at a time and try to move step by step. get help from a psychologist to address any problems that could predispose you to overeat and also to prevent relapse. Also get a check up from a orthopedic doctor for your pain.

if you are giving up your plan easily then it usually indicates you are expecting more or less. it takes some time to learn how much time and energy you need to spend for your goals.
