Bee sting odd reaction

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello I had a bee sting on my right arm 2 days ago.. after the first couple of days I thought my arm was feeling better until I woke up this morning with my fingers were tingling like they were asleep. Thought I slept on it wrong and went about my day.. when I noticed the tingling got more painful. now my whole arm tingles and has shooting pain.
