Bed sore in right buttock
My father is bed ridden last 4 months ... Bed sore appears in right buttock ... We are using metrogyl p 2 % with antibiotic solution... Dressing it 2 times a day .. still recovery is very slow ... Patient don't have diabetes

You can try using ointment with mupirocin. However it's better to consult online for better management.

Please ensure the area is well padded. Best you dont keep him on the area he has the ulcer, if not possible please change his position frequently. Use a water or an air mattress. You will need change in topical medications too.
