Become highly negative about things
I am a mother of 5months old baby. There has problems in my family since then. My gynae says I may be suffering from post partum psychosis. I have anger issues, anxiety issues, I keep on thinking about the things that happened. I just could not get out of them. I feel like I am of no use to anyone. I feel left-out. I cry alone wen no one is around. My husband is also fighting with me every 10-15days, he was otherwise the most caring n lovable person. I Take everything negatively.

I understand your situation. You seem to be suffering from postpartum depressive symptoms including feeling low, irritable, anxious, ruminating, worthless, helpless and negative. More clarity is needed regarding your problem. Information regarding your sleep, hunger, energy levels and concentration at whatever you do would be more helpful to decide on the severity of your condition. Don't worry it is not your fault, it is the hormonal changes in your body after delivery which is taking a toll on your mental health. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Some counselling sessions along with medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.

At this time there are lot of changes to the body. Added to it is the responsibility of the new one. It gets difficult for the mind to handle all new things in one go. Hence it takes time. However while the mind is taking time to digest the new things it is the body which has to be calm and composed. Lot of pampering and self care and self love is required to smoothen this process.
Next Steps
Start your day by saying I love you
