I have a fracture on my base of 5th metatarsal, can I walk with a cast, I don't feel much pain there, it has already been 4 weeks and my doctor just noticed the fracture today and put a plaster of Paris cast, and is a walker or a walking stick necessary or can I walk normally as I don't feel much pain

Xray shows avulsion fracture of 5th metatarsal.
You are not feeling much paind due to the plaster, it's better to continue it for 2 weeks. If you really need to walk you can get the fibercast applied, and in case of not much use, continue with the one you have.
