Does Barrage Laser lead to vitreous degeneration ? What are the other complications to be kept in mind before going for barrage Laser? Is there any other substitutes for treatment of retinal hole/tear treatment which can be done on a safer side?

Hello.. Barrage laser can lead to field defects and transient blurring of vision and increase in your eye presures(should subside). Transient inflammation which subsides with the drops prescribed. Vitreous and retinal detachment can occur although are rare complications. Its the risk vs benefit.
