Well Barrett’s oesophagous is a pre cancerous condition and you should undergo proper evaluation and treatment for same .. you should consult a laparoscopic or gastrointestinal surgeon to further guide you for type of treatment u can undergo which Depends upon certain factors...

See Barrett's esophagus is a serious condition. Here the normal mucosal lining epithelium is replaced by stomach epithelium. If it is because of GERD, then I would suggest you to go ahead with the surgery for it asap, as in long term Barrett's esophagus leads to esophageal cancer. Homeopathy is effective or not is not the question here. You need to understand and act accordingly.
