A few days back I faced the issue of burning and frequent urination. I took some medicines for UTI. The condition improved. But now suddenly I am facing an issue of tight foreskin and redness of penis. I find it difficult to retract the foreskin backward completely And there is pain and burning in penis. I have tested for stds. All are negative except hsv igg1 which is positive. My urine culture shows absence of bacteria and yeast. What kind of problem is this ? Is this because of hsv igg1? I got tested for blood sugar without fasting. It came out to be 131. Can diabetes cause this condition?

Sugar level is somewhat normal, normal blood sugar doesn't determine weather you have diabetes or not
And also not to forget the HSV status, even this can cause the symptoms you have
