Get your urine routine and culture done probably it is urine infection and culture and then consult a doctor

You probably have urinary tract infection. Get urine routine and culture done. In meantime, drink lots of water , 3 lit a day. Also, make a habit of passing urine after intercourse. It will wash off bacteria from urethra
