Bad thoughts
I always have thoughts like that God if you do this I will give you this. And I am unable to do that when the required thing happens. Is it a compulsory to give God when required thing happens? I don't want to say but my inner soul is always saying something because of fear, jealousy etc. Please guide me.

What you have is a kind of Anxiety problem and it has nothing to do with GOD. Whatever your mind says you don't have to follow it always. If you have noticed or look back at your problem it might have started with small things and now grown and growing to many areas of your life. To overcome this you have to stop doing things(if you have been doing small things which can be affordable by you) or leave it by considering it is just A THOUGHT (Especially when you think or do because of your habit-  this will guide you when to act or not act on your thoughts). (Caution: don't make this as an habit by saying this is just a thought , just a thought). You have to genuinely leave it as a thought and carry on with your work. It will take some time to deal with this habit. Initially you may feel anxious for some time but u have to carry on with your work despite of that.
Next Steps
Follow this for few weeks and if it is helpful continue doing this across other areas in your life. (my guess is u may have such habits in other areas too)
Health Tips
If you are not able to follow it or find it very hard dealing with anxiety consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist .
