Bad swelling with bruise, painful on arm

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Extreme Bruising, pain and swelling of my upper arm near elbow due to a puncture wound. Getting worse over the past 7 hours after seeming okay at first. Red areas around bruise appearing in more places as well. Hurts lots to move it. I am unsure what it was like hours before I have a high pain tolerance and did not notice it until I did recently and panicked at what I saw.
