Bad rash with bumps

I have had a rash in my groin area for quite a while now. It seems to have gotten worse. There are hard bumps under some of the red areas. Most of it itches really bad. I have tried a couple prescription creams, and an antibiotic. Is it jock itch or something worse? I've been to the clinic too many times to afford this rash.
