Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily. Night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hi. One of the most common cause for bad breath is deposits of calculus and plaque on teeth. It can also lead to external discoloration of the Color of teeth. Please visit a dentist and get cleaning and polishing of your teeth done. After cleaning if you still want more brighter teeth then you can go for bleaching of teeth. Regards, Dr Varun Bhatia.

Get professional scaling done as brush wont remove hard deposits which needs cleaning by machine. For colour you can get bleaching done. Use tongue cleaner and floss. Brush twice a day.
