I haven't ever checked out my dental health prior to this. I brush once daily and have been having bad breath with bad taste in mouth after a few hours after having food and also on going without food for long time. Plus my gums bleed if they are pressed intentionally or while brushing. 2-3 teeth has sensitivity. I can feel when my breath starts to foul.. A weird taste inside my mouth. I also have a stain on my teeth.

Gum disease is a progressive pathology and you need immediate attention to prevent further damage to the gums and the underlying bone which support the teeth.... please visit your dentist soon..... most likely you will be requiring a session of tooth cleaning followed by a guidance about proper brushing technique for best gum health in the future..... Regards.....
