Backpain after delivery
Am a mother of 3months old baby.. delivered through natural birth.. from 15days facing sever backpain can't sit more than 30min and do household works. What are the home remedies and exercise may help to get rid of this. Please help ...thank you

Ur back pain is due to weak muscles of lower back and pelvis। muscles goes into spasm causing pain । It happens in pregnancy as abdominal girth increases, it stitches muscles and ligament of pelvis and lower back  leading to their weakness।

Its a common prob after delivery, start some mild exercises but avoid bending forward and heavy weight lifting. Continue calcium supplements till the time u r feeding ur baby.
