I have been getting pain on my lower back starting of my right thigh now its been spreaded over with same pain on left side too. Please suggest me what is the solution to get rid of this pain.

In my opinion u must get an x ray done of LS spine ap view and lat. view... after that h need to go for few blood test like vitamin dcalcium vitamin b 12...if they are deranged then u need to take supplement medications for that...start physiotherapy sessions immediately to get relief... IFT / hotpack and US...can be the choice of treatment as it depends physio to physio... get well soon take care...

Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
