  4. Back side pimple. Help me out for this.

Back side pimple
I am a unmarried girl and i am facing one problem last 1 year. I have one back side pimple on left hand side hip line just below the belt and i just use sofromycin last 3 months. Some time its shows like all clear in it and after few days it will show the again pimple over there i am confused what i have to do in this case. Please help me out for this.
