Back ribs pain
Hi...From the last 10 days I am suffering from back ribs pain, especially from the midnight onwards after the first step of my sleep and now the pain is getting so worse that I am forced to leave my bed and get engaged in some work where the pain subsides gradually.when the pain increases I sometimes feel difficult in breathing also..I only feel better if I think that someone punches me on the back at the time of pain..So..please Dr, what's the reason for this pain and plz suggest the remedies...

Hi.. I understand your problems.. Did you do any unusual work recently, like lifting heavy weight ? Is it on both the sides? From your history, it looks more like a muscle pain.. Stretching exercises could help you ease with the pain. Don’t take pain medicines over-the-counter.. Consult a doctor if the pain persists.

on the basis of history it seems you are overthinking. if it was due to some problem pain wouldn't have subsided by engaging in some activity. and mostly it occurs at night when you are about to retire to sleep.try to calm yourself. do exercises and meditation. read books and novels.
