When I do something for a long period of time my lower back starts to hurt. If I’m running for a long period of time, walking, weight lifting, etc. I got a x-ray and my doctor told me it was a stress fracture, he wasn’t sure so we got a CT scan. After that the results came back and there was no fracture and the doctor doesn’t know what it is. I’m a high school student and I can’t play football because my back kills me so much that I have to sit out. I have to sit down for it to go away.

Dear only cardio doesn’t help . Strengthening and stretching goes along you can’t afford to do running or play football or any heavy duty game until unless you strengthen your core so 1st do strengthening and stretching and then any cardio .
