Only with posture correction belt wont help, ypu also need to posture correction exercises as well to get back to normal posture. suggest you to visit an expert therapist for exercises and also use belt regularly.

You should do core strengthening exercises with proper guidance for atleast 6 months to one year for remarkable difference.

Yes you can use posture corrector belts easily available in market. However, it's recommended to go for proper posture correction exercises as they will benefit you in long run whereas belts are usually used for good appearance. Which is kind of fooling yourself. Go for proper posture correction exercises it will give you quick postive results.
