Back pains
I have been suffering with back pain for the last 5 months. Earlier i was treated with Methyl cobalamin and acecllofenac for a month. In x ray it was disc problem. Mean time I was used Ayurveda medicine and felt better. 10 days ago I suffered with devi our back pain and not able walk a few steps also at my right thigh was paralysed. Now I am using Methyl cobalamin and Voveran injections in Railway hospital. For right thigh paralysatiom they treated with Pregaril tablets. Doctors said that if it is not cured go for Surgery. . So I request you t o please give suggestion.

Continue methylcobalamin/pregabril tablet to increase the nerve conduction. Consult a physiotherapist to get relief from pain to increase strength and decompression of nerve. Its free from any side effect and helps to get away from surgery .
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction to decrease compression of nerve+some strengthening exercises as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +use lumbo sacral belt +no long sitting /standing /travelling /walking+no stair climbing +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting +no forward bending.
