I have right lower back pain while turning in bed, and when I sleep straight there's no pain. When I turn or cough the pain occurs.
(I have a desk job. However, I even took multivitamin tablets but the pain seems to be still there)
I do not understand why. It doesn't bother me when I sit or walk or stand but only while sleeping)
