What is your profession? Resting is an art and most of us feel not doing physical activity is rest. But actually when one rests and uses mobile, laptop, watches TV. These are actually more stressful to the spine. You require to work in an ergonomic manner, do stretching exercises and avoid gymnasium. Your back muscles are not able to tolerate the exercises as they have become weaker due to a sedentary lifestyle.
