Back pain while lying down and turning
I have trouble lying down as there is some back ache in the vertebral area that makes it painful to turn to either sides. The pain is however lesser while sitting upright.

Take a bed rest for few days .Take analgesics n hot fomentation . N keep two pillows below ur thighs while sleeping . If it does not get  relieved in 5 days then consult in opd
