Back Pain When pain killer is not taken

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been suffering from bone tb at the level of D8 and D9 vertebral bodies since 2 months. Doctor prescribe me medicine Akt 4 kit,benadon 40,myospaz forte ,elixir neogadine and i take it for 2 months. And i am taking full bed rest for last two months. I am also using long taylor brace.but my back pain is not cured and I take the pain killer myospaz forte twice a day. Please help

Tubercular spondylitis (TB spine) is usually painful. As any brace and even bed rest can't prevent movements at diseased levels; pain is the common complaint. You should take diets rich in protein and calcium and take meds regularly. U need to undergo a blood test once a month ( ESR) to see the disease activity. If everything goes fine u l be cured of tb. You can visit hospital for clinical examination to rule out other causes of pain
