When I travel on bike or sit somewhere for a very long time. The back starts paining a lot. The bone at the bottom near the hip pains a lot.

that is due to coccyx inflammation or injury called as coccydynia, requires to avoid sitting on hard surfaces,if pain is more consult orthopedic surgeon
