Are you sure the diagnosis is spondylolysis ?
That is a like a mini fracture of a part of spine
Next Steps
The usual management protocol is medicine and physiotherapy
Consult a therapist for back and core strengthening excercises
Take painkiller ( nucoxia 90) twice a day for 5 days
