Might be due to some incorrect posture while sleeping... Apply some pain relief ointment or some oil and then get hot fomentation done either by sitting in hot water tub or heating a cotton cloth and then applying it to the back.
May be a myalgia. Please apply til oil( gently warm it and add little salt) and massage gently followed by applying hot water bag. If persists please have a consultation or have an online chat.
Thank you
Take rest.
Find out what caused your back pain.
1. Muscle pull - is the common cause. if you have driven or ridden a bike for long hours or lifted a heavy object or slept in the wrong position. This will get releived in 3 to 4 days. Hot fomentation - apply a pain relief oil or gel followed by warm water bath
2. Disc problem or muscle weakness or muscle spasm - normally seen in people who spend long hours sitting or driving. If there is no pain relief in 3 days then you will have to visit a doctor in person to diagnose correctly
A spine x-ray or MRI will be suggested
