Back pain severe on movement.
My mother is suffering from acute back pain which worsens on movement while walking n sleeping it pains terribly. She has been taking the following medication ACIKOP MR, CIPCAL, PAN 40, it helped a little but then pain comes back n renders her immovable. She is complaining that the pain is in lower back muscles and not bones.. Mostly like muscle cramp but it goes and comes back.. Please guide. What should i do.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Symptoms suggest muscular spasm or PIVD. Conditions needs evaluation with X-rays or MRI. You can try: 1. Hot water compression thrice daily for 3 week. 2. Spine extension exercises. 3. Rest for 5 days . 4. Medications like Identical K2, Etova MR, Enzomac and Neurokind LC will help.
Health Tips
She needs to be treated for osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, multiple vitamin deficiency and PIVD.
