I have back pain regularly. My age is 28 now. 12 years ago i got an incident which struggles my back very well. After 2 years my back pain had been started.

Back pain is due to improper posture. You need to get evaluated by a Orthopaedic surgeon to see for your severity of pain and neurological status to guide you further as you need any xrays or MRI to guide you further
