Back Pain Problem
Hello sir/madam Iam having back pain problem around about 3 years and i have consulted various Doc's for this problem. Ortho doc told me that i have cervical pain as well the physiotherapist. So, i have to do exercises for this pain and i do exercises 2 times a day on regular basis but still iam not getting any relief from this pain. Sometimes this goes up from back to shoulders and then through neck to head, this sometimes makes me faint. Please help me that what i should do to get relief from this pain.

work on ur posture, whenever u sit for studies do not bend Ur neck forward and don't sit on a chair more than 30-40 min need to getup walk few steps and than u can sit again, but better is stand and lying in bed to get rid quicker,

check ur ergonomic , u need to work closely with physio to work on ur posture n do hot formantation, that will help u , strengthen exercise, u need to be very  patient , it takes time to recover and thing else u want to ask u can chat with me on my personal profile thanks
