Back pain near joints
I have a sever back pain. near upper and lower joint so can amyone recommend me pain relief or some gel to apply on it.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

It will be quite good to consult a physiotherapist as it should be assessd first and treated permanantly...Otherwise all the gels available in the market work in the same way to decrease the pain temporarily. Take a quick action to avoid it to worsen.
