Back pain muscles spasm

Asked for Male, 29 Years

My wife is 8 week pregnant. She is having back pain for past two days . Severe in night. Did not sleep properly for two days. Even in day cant sit properly. What should i do? Can i take massage of any oil or can i take tab dolo 650 or mylamin Please help me
