I have been suffering with lumbar spondylosis, L4 and L5 degeneratiive back pain. Is there a remedy in acupuncture treatment ?

Hi, I am not sure about accupuncture but my patients benefit for back exercises Please consult me directly to getcalll the details and exercises I assure you it's the only way to keep core strong to protect the spine and avoid unnecessary pan
