Hello, I appreciate your concern towards her. I want to tell you that women ancestry age if 30 Will lose their calcium because of this they will be having shrinking bones. Since she is busy women she need to take enough calcium in the firm of milk(2 glasses of milk a day will be help full). Since she is working breathlessly from morning to night with out any rest there will pressure on her back bone the pain might be because if that too. So make sure that shortcake adequate rest. Now she is able to do but after some year she might not be the same. So better to prevent than cure. One more cause might be she has undergone 2 cesarean section and she would have been given with spinal anaesthesia The spot where it is given will give pain sometimes. Make sure that she is nit lifting weights and ask her not to lie down on floor. Nake her walk for 20 mins s day. Even though the pain is not relieving then she need to got to an orthopedic doctor. Take care of her. Thank you

She is getting pain due to lack of exercise in her daily routine life. Which caused strain on her back and neck. It can also be due to bad postures also. Kindly manage the postures and try Acupuncture for ur pains, as acupuncture works for all types of pains.
