Actually day before yesterday I had came from gym and next day when we go outside that time paining is start...till now..and when we walk or else sleep or sir..pain is incease..spreading pain then some times upper or lower back pain..pls help .Is this major problem?

If you have started gym recently then it might be muscle soreness, for which you required to have proper warm up and cool down with good amount of stretching exercises. Gym trainer will help you for the same.
If problem continues consult Physiotherapist for clinical evaluation.
