Back pain / Herniated disc/ training
I have a l5 and l4 disc bulging, while swimming my back problem have improve considerably but recently I have been training for TRI, (not new) and I have been experimenting pain, down and up on my back. I have been trying to do situps, pushup and chinup, but seems it hurts me more. I want to understand what exercised I can strengthen my back and other part of my body without hurting myself.

Stop all exercises let the pain subside then Go ahead with basic core exercises to strengthen your back. core with physio ball exercises are very effective.
