Back pain.
Hello, I have a pain in my back, it isn't really my back; it is in the right back of my waist. I feel like something is eating me but it depends on my position. When I'm on my bed for example, when I sleep on my left shoulder, I feel like something is swallowing my right waist and it hurts so bad that if i don't stretch out the pain rise in my stomach. Sometimes I can feel my heartbeat through my waist. What's wrong with me?

It is not possible to diagnose your condition with the history you have given. More detailed history is needed. Please see a General Physician for your issues. If there is no medical cause found, then you may need either a GynaecoLogical visit or visit an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon.
