Back pain from past 4 days
Severely different from back pain from 4 days . Just bent over to tie shoes and from then i got this back ache. i tried several ointments but it didnt do the job please help

How is the pain.  Is it radiating to lower limbs?, Associated with tingling, burning sensation?. This can be lumbar spondylosis which is very common these days.
