Back pain from last 6 months
I had kidney stone 2mm last May 2020 took treatment after that from am getting back pain some time I can not sit long time straight but if I sit on sofa I can able to sit comfortable. May be coz of working from home from last year am getting back pain not sure.... please help me
Note - I have gym experience almost 10 years but I left gym also no work out from one and half year
Please guide me

Need to know where is the exact location of pain. Is it only on back or radiating to leg, any previous injury , any fever .
