Back pain every day
My mother says she has back pain every day. When we took ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis we found out she has grade 1 fatty liver and uterine fibroids. What can cause the back pain does fatty liver cause back pain or uterine fibroid cause back pain . Our does not give proper answers pls help dr

Back pain is a very nonspecific symptom and cannot be solely attributed to any of these findings. Any of them could be responsible for it. Examination and evaluation by physician gynaecologist and orthopaedic is required.

Neither fibroid nor fatty liver cause back pain. It can be due to vitamin d deficiency or any kind of vaginal infection can also be a cause

The reason for back pain in her age would most probably be because of calcium and vitamin deficiency
the fibroid and back pain will depend upon the size and location of the fibroid
