Back pain due to accident
Hello,
I met with an accident a few days back and hurt right side of my lower back. The pain was slowly getting less intense as I applied icing and volini along with a capsule of becopsules daily.
But since morning as I woke up, the pain has increased a lot and seems to have spread to my lower back, making it difficult to sit, lie down or make movements.
What should I do and how serious it can get?

It can be anything from muscle spasm to might fracture or nerve compression for upper level disc prolapse. You need detailed clinical examination and treatment.
