Local ointment or spray can give temporary relief, but for complete treatment you may need mild mobilization and back strengthening exercises. You might have to check the ergonic arrangement for your workplace if you need to work on computer for long hours.Please see a physiotherapist in person for proper formulation of your exercise program.
