For stomach problem, You can take one satchet of eno in water if you feel heat in stomach,
You can also take few saunf seeds after meals,
And tab pantop-d twice a day after meals for two days
The following tips help one for overall health for stomach and whole body : a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed,
Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. Please see that ideal sleep duration is maximum six or seven hours a day,
b) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep,
c) do not over engage mind in television in night.
d) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle,
e) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). Better is to drink cow's milk in night before sleep time
f) Avoid foods which are too spicy , oily , pungent as such foods cause disease
For back pain, give rest to back for few days and avoid wrong posture of back , you can also do hot bag massage , and take tab crocin once a day after breakfast for two days if you do not have allergy to paracetamol, and capsule Gemcal once a day about forty minutes before lunch once in two days for 10 days only,
