Back Pain and Night cramp
Feeling pain in foot and back only sleeping time as well as when i wake up ..its unbearable pain even i cant sleep properly at night time . night cramp ? my height is 5 ft 3 inch and weight is 76 kg . any remedies ? and any diet ? to solve this issue . Even i am unable to walk properly specially my left leg is not running well.
